ADMINISTRATION

Admin Centre

Manage sprite records, variants, seasons and community submissions.

CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT

Add or edit a sprite

VARIANT MANAGEMENT

Base & additional variants

Every new sprite starts with a Base entry. Select its Base sprite above, then add up to three extra variants below (one at a time). Each variant can have its own artwork.

SEASON ARCHIVE

Prepare for a new season

Your existing catalogue is from the previous season. Archive it once to hide those sprites from all player-facing pages. The records remain in Admin Centre and every player's collection progress is preserved; nothing is deleted.

SEASON IMPORT

Import sprites from CSV

Import one row per variant. Repeat the same sprite_name for sprites with multiple variants. Leave variant_name blank for sprites without selectable variants. Existing catalogue records and collection progress are not deleted.
